Sue is a retired nurse, married to lan.

One Saturday afternoon, a phone call changes everything.

Their grandchildren come to stay. What begins as a temporary stay becomes a new chapter - one they neither planned for nor expected.

Join Sue on a journey through the highs and lows of being a kinship carer.

This moving and honest solo show shines a light on the resilience and dedication of the thousands of kinship carers raising children across the UK.
