When Derek is diagnosed with dementia, his husband Sam’s world changes beyond recognition.

We meet Sam trying to cope with the toll the disease takes on them both. Sam becomes a full-time carer, then must make agonising decisions about Derek’s long-term care.

This is a play about love and loss. Sometimes funny, often sad, but always moving and thought-provoking. Let Sam tell you his story.
